Amala Beads Worldwide is taking part in the La Paloma Marketplace at Proctor in Tacoma every Saturday from 9am to 2pm during the month of June!  The Market is located at North 27th and Proctor, right across Proctor Street from the Farmers' Market.  There are several vendors offering handmade goods from gorgeous handmade pottery to... beads!

Below are some of our offerings.
"Sugar Watermelon" - Translucent polymer clay tinted with alcohol ink, hand rolled, and cured to perfection.
"Sugar Blue" bicones - again, a translucent clay, tinted with ink, rolled into a bicone (using a really fun technique), and textured by a special process.
"Shell Money" - real shells, our take on traditional shell money from the South Pacific islands.
"Nez Perce" - a polymer clay bead inspired by a glass bead found in an ancient Nez Perce archeological site in Idaho.
