Prairie wildflowers
These beads were inspired from old Venetian trail decorated lampwork beads that were excavated in the 1950s from a Nez Perce site in the Northwest region of the United States (see "Collectible Beads: a universal aesthetic" by Robert K. Lui, page 167).
My version is made with translucent and cream colored polymer clay with decorations of red, blue, yellow, and green. Each bead is cured, sanded, and polished to a very high glass like sheen.
Largest bead: Size 26 x 16 mm., weight 6 gm. Smallest bead: Size 19 x 14 mm., weight 3 gm.
Price: $8.00 each
